What is BE Mindful Therapy?

A New Standard in
Mindfulness-Based Healing

Brain Enhancement (BE) Mindful Therapy (BE-MT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Oscar J. Harp III, Ph.D., M.S., combining mindfulness practices with structured techniques to improve mental resilience and cognitive function.

Its primary goal is to counteract chronic stress — which can weaken the immune system, impair mental functioning, and contribute to age-related brain decline. BE-MT emphasizes the balance between stressors and de-stressors, encouraging daily practices grounded in decades of empirical evidence and neuroplasticity science.
